- Check online for daily flavors. You are welcome to order any of our flavors on the menu however, our minimum order is one dozen regular cupcakes and two dozen mini cupcakes. Anything under a dozen, please feel free to
come in and order them out of our cases.
- We kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice for all special orders. There may be
times where we can accommodate you within 24 hours however our cut off time for a 24 hour
notice is BY NOON the day prior to pickup.
- Although we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice. All special orders are subject to availability. There are times where we do book up on certain days (weekends, holiday’s, and when we run a promotional offer.) If we are booked for the date in which you would like your order, we will try our best to accommodate you or provide an alternative solution however; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. Orders are always on a first come first serve basis and we do have a maximum amount that we can take per day. (We are a small bakery that bakes our cupcakes in small batches so that we may provide you with the freshest possible product).
- If you have a specific date that you know that you would like your order for, we suggest that you call and place your order as soon as possible and well in advance.
- We do require prepayment in full on all special orders.
- Wedding and catering orders must be finalized and paid for one month (30 days) prior to the event.
- Wedding orders may vary in pricing based on quantity, flavor selection, and décor. If interested in wedding information please contact our shop directly and we would be happy to set up a complimentary wedding consultation.
- Wedding deposits are non-refundable (please understand once you have booked other may have been turned away once you have made your deposits.)
- Standard (non catered/ large event) deliveries are available Monday-Friday from 10:00am-
3:00pm and require a 48 hour notice. The minimum order for delivery is $50.00 and includes a
delivery fee based on the location of delivery.
- Catered and large event orders will be available for delivery on the weekend with a set up and tier rental only. Exceptions may be made so please feel free to ask!
- On all deliveries please assist us in our efforts and let us know where best to park to ensure we
get our cupcakes to you in the timeliest manner.
- Please provide 48 hours notice on any canceled order and we will be happy to provide you
with a refund or credit. If we do not receive a 48 hour notice we will be unable to issue a
refund or credit.
- Please review your order at the time of pick up or delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason please let us know and we will be happy to correct your order to the best of our ability or we will gladly issue a refund at that time. Once the product is accepted at delivery or leaves the store location no refunds or exchanges will be given. No refunds will be issued on consumed products.
So that we may provide cupcakes to all of our customers, walk-in customers may be limited
to 24 regular cupcakes and 24 mini cupcakes. If you would like more than that please feel
free to place your order with us as outlined above. (We are a small bakery and we bake and
frost our cupcakes in small batches. We do not have large quantities of cupcakes on hand, so
that we may provide you with the freshest product possible.)
