- Shop Rental Fee
- During Open Hours ~$125.00 per 1.25 hours (including drop off and pick up)
- During Closed Hours ~$200.00 per hour
- Decorate Your Own Cupcake Party” 8~12 children.
- $15.00 per child (including rental fee) $18.00 per child for custom themed parties.
- 2 chaperones per party only.
- Chaperones will be responsible for the acceptable conduct of the children during the party.
- Party set up with custom décor and balloons.
- Party favor bags~ filled with candy and age appropriate items.
- Custom decorated birthday cupcakes~ (additional charge for commercial character décor)
- Cupcakes to decorate~ Includes 4 mini cupcakes and, multi colored frostings and tips,
assortments of decorative toppings as well as boxes to take their designed cupcakes home in.
- Outside food (lunch or snack food) is allowed.
- Clean up.
- The maximum number of guests is 12
- Payment must be made (in full) 2 weeks prior to the party.
- Events canceled once shop has been booked and paid for will result in a
cancelation fee equivalent to the shop rental fee. (Once we book your party, we
would not be able to accept another party on that day and we would not be able
to book another party on such short notice.)
- Guests must leave party area by the end of the reserved time. Parties that are not
cleared from party area within 15 minutes of after the reserved time will be charged an additional
half hour rental fee.
- During our wedding season (May~October) we will not be able to host parties on Friday’s.
- Booking Times~ Monday through Saturday 9:00am~8:00pm Sunday’s 11:00am~5:00pm
