HOW TO ORDER

  • For all Custom Cupcakes, Cakes, and Confectionary Orders, click on the Catering Tab and enter the information requested. For all Regular Orders, contact us directly at 425-283-5445 or email us at Nycupcakeswa@gmail.com
  • When leaving a Voice Message, sending an Email, or inquiring on Social Media sites with regards to your order, please include your phone number. We will need to follow up directly to review your order and collect payment. Orders are not fulfilled without pre-payment and verbal conformation.
  • We kindly ask for a 48-72 hour notice for all Store Decorated Cupcakes, Cakes, Cake Pops, Cookies and Macarons. All subject to availability. For all Custom Decorated Cupcakes, Cakes, Cake Pops, Cookies and Macarons a MINIMUM of one to two week notice and subject to availability. If there is availability for us to take an order outside of the time frames outlined those orders will be subject to a “Rush Fee” based on the specifics of the order. Minimum Rush Fee is $30.00. We will always do our best to assist you, however there may be certain requests that we may not be able to accommodate.
  • Once you know the date that you would like your order picked up, look at our daily menu on our website. You can order from that day's menu in any quantities that you would like. If you would like one of our flavors that we do not have on that day you can order it with a minimum purchase of one dozen regular cupcakes or two dozen mini cupcakes.
  • All orders are required to be paid in full at the time the order is placed
  • If you are not happy with your order during pick up we will do our best to fix the order, however no refunds will be issued once the product has left the store or on consumed product
  • There are no refunds on customized cupcakes or cakes.
